Hello,
For test purposes I downloaded the HANA Express VM (HXE) and run it on an Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (host) via VMware. On second VM I run again Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (local mode, no domain) with the latest version of HANA Client.
Unfortunately I get an error message I don't know to solve and I don't understand.
hdbstdout.txt (this log is empty).

Complete error message:
"Error during execution of HdbCmdClazz 'START_DATABASE_RECOVERY_TENANT' : class com.sap.hdb.sl.lib.utils.cmd.clazz.CmdClazzParameterFactory, parameters received. Start execution. Check HdbCmdOut.log and HdbStdout.txt for further information. What does this error mean and how can I fix this?
Thanks
Thanks @Rudi.
.
That is exactly what I would like to do: To test it 🙂
.
So, does it mean it doesn't work on purpose or do you have any hint for any possible solution?

BW4/HANA has not been tested on HXE, and the use of BW4/HANA (amongst other things) is restricted by the EULA. Suggest you connect with your account executive, or, try and use a template from cal.sap.com.

This one, by example, is a trial environment:
