During Quality System Refresh getting Error in Validating Permissible Directories

Dear All,

I am recently been asked to perform our Pre-Prod System Refresh through EPI USE Tool of SAP.

The requirement was to perform a Full Data copy which I selected during the Export from the screen. (/n/use/cs). I am using Data Sync Manager Version 4 and Build Number 105.

However during the Export I have also seen and now during the client sync import also I am seeing that while performing one prerequisite step which is, checking the permissible directories I am getting the below error.

Screenshots are provided below one by one.

First executed the /n/use/cs Transaction and came to the DSM Client Sync Screen.

Then from the drop down menu of Environment clicked on Administration

Then as per the below screenshot I clicked on the Node Permissible Directory.
After that the custom paths with corresponding host names came.

After clicking on the Check Permissible Directories I got the below screen.

Now as per the above screenshot I am providing of our Pre-Prod System.
Below is the path where the Export File will be copied in APP1303.

/sapmnt/trans/DSM/HR

Now the issue is that in order to optimize the performance we wanted to have all the app servers be available so that we can utilize the background work process from all the servers.

However, according to the above screen we are getting only two server path that is being available here.

We have checked with the Windows Administration Team to check if all the network paths are working correctly.

According to them it's fine even we also checked from APP1303 server.

However I am not able to figure out then what is going wrong inside the SAP System if all the Server paths can be accessible from OS Level.

Can anyone kindly put some light on to it?

It is a unique problem with our HR/HCM System only.
