Crystal Report Error

Dear Experts.

Im currently using SAP B1 Version 9.2 PL 10.

Now, im trying to install my crystal report (Crystal Report 2013).

The installation progress is successful, however i could not open the CR due to below error.

Please advise me on this error?

Is it true because of the miss match version between CR and SAP?

Check SAP Note 2218873 mentioning the same error as mentioned by you here.
