Receiving SCORM API error


We are currently transitioning to SuccessFactors and during our testing of about 20 courses (SCORM 1.2), we have found that 25% of them are not communicating with the system. Specifically, we are seeing an error message “SCORM ERROR, the SCORM API was not found, communication will not occur, do you want to continue” when we try to launch the courses. These courses are launching successfully in our current system, Saba, so we are a bit confused why there are issues with the migration.

We have gone through the initial steps of troubleshooting by verifying that the settings are configured correctly when loading the content and attaching it to our courses.

Has anyone else had similiar issues and how were they resolved? Any input is greatly appreciated.
