Mapped attribute does not exist for characteristic /ERP/ when checking virtual provider

Hello,

We are receiving a warning message when checking the virtual provider; for a number of attributes it says "mapped attribute does not exist for characteristic". How do we clear this warning message? Is it ok to change the Master Data read access in RSD1 even though these objects are /erp/ name space and pre-delivered?? As it stands they are not assigned to the HANA view in RSD1.

Please see attached screenshot.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

did you find a solution for this? I'm facing the same issue right now.

Best regards

Thanks for your reply, Lucas. So for the virtual objects where we get the warning, such as ENTITY, do we have to change the master data read access to the HANA view? Right now it is set to GEN default.

I think this message has nothing to do with master data (some of these characteristics are not even virtual such as the Audittrail). This message is saying that the field does exist in the virtual info cube reading HANA view.
