Does the Graphical text editor work from Fiori for long texts?

I am looking at the long text in the sales order header and wanted to edit it, it only shows it in the classical editor. I see that the option to change the editor to Graphical editor is greyed out. I tried to change this in the backend. I was able to do it there. But that change is not reflected in the fiori browser..Is this a bug? How can this be fixed.?Our users from old ECC are used to entering the text using graphical editor. Now that we have moved to Fiori on s/4 hana 1709, they are not able to..

You're using here only a Fiori themed version of a SAP GUI transaction. Please check the limitations of SAP GUI for HTML.
