Email notification configuration on BPC MS - issues connecting to office365

Hi,

Can someone please assist with setting up BPC MS 10.1 email notifications? It seems that the Office365 does not accept the connection coming from BPC, although I have managed to set up SQL server notifications with the same settings on the same server..

Server Name: smtp.office365.com

Port Number: 587

Encryption: TLS

Can you confirm that this is in regards to Approval Status email notifications?

If so have all of the Environment Information parameters been configured?

SMTPAUTH
SMTPPASSWORD
SMTPPORT
SMTPSERVER
SMTPUSER

Can you attach a screenshot of your Environment Information Settings?
