I have a fresh installation of Version 12.0.5 Build(126). I cannot upload JDBC drivers or Custom Actions. I get no usefull error in the logs, just the following.

Is your MII installed on Windows?
Have you tried to give "Full access" to "Everyone" on the WINDOWS/Temp directory?
