Deleting SRM GR confirmation

Hi.

Please can somebody assist. On our ECS SRM system, we are attempting to delete a SRM GR confirmation but when we go into display and process confirmation, the delete and return delivery buttons are greyed out. the user ID we have has SAP_all. Are any special parameters required in the Org Plan?

Hi,

Can you please check follow on document (Invoice posted ) either in backend or SRM. If the follow on document exist then you can not delete or make return delivery of it.

Delete button will not be enabled for PO where GR based IV is checked and an invoice is posted. Though return delivery option will enabled for all the POs.
