Not able to Create any RFC from Visual Admin

When I am trying to create a RFC in Visual Admin (JCo RFC Provider) to connect to the ABAP system I get following error:

"Error Starting Bundle, see log for details"

The credentials for ABAP system are correct and I also tried with different ABAP systems but still the same error.

The parameter server count is set to 10 ( i also tried with 1 and 20) still no luck.

Please guide me to get this working

login to java system server console and check whether u can ping the abap server , try giving SAP_ALl to the abap user and give it a try.

have u created the registered program in the ABAP and check the rfc connectivity in the backend? if not create the RFC with the registered program in the ABAP
