Hi gurus
Iam facing the same issue with the dashboard manager .
when i go to infoview
>dashboard
>mydashboard
ERROR:Cannot forward after response has been committed OR getting null point error .
1Created a dummy XI3 enterprise account without a password .
2.Modified the InitConfig.properties found in :\Program Files\Business Objects\Performance Management 12.0\
initialization.User=xyzuser
initialization.Password=
3. Restarted services .
4. Restarted the Tomcat server .
5. Loged on to the Infoview application with administrator privileges and changed the Initialization Logon User account with a proper XI3 account in Preferences -> Dashboard Analytics.
This account didnt should up now on the file InitConfig.properties of Tomcat.
6. Tested the by going to Infoview -> Dashboard -> My Dashboard.
but still i havent resolved the issue
please guys can you help me out
