    Hi Krishna

Items like stationery (Non inventory) if you treated as the purchase items it will show your purchase books and P&L also

it will take accounts from set gl accounts in warehouse expenses account = miscellaneous exp

you would like to set this account or stationery accounts?

so it will go that account. you can set profit centre for particular account.

    regards
