Error in Purchase Requisition on S/4HANA 1511 FPS02

Hi,

please, i need some help.

I'm receiving the following errors from Fiori App "Create purchase requisition" in S/4HANA 1511 FPS02:

1- Saving purchase requisition

2 - Searching material group

When i try to search material group using search help, got this error.

On my backend system, throws short dump.

What can i do to solve this issues?

The second one, applied sap note 2314519. Now it works fine.
