Material document does not include an accounting document -Error

Hi Friends,

I am doing make to order scenario wherein via MB1C using Movement type 561 E, I have generated a stock. Subsequently a Delivery & PGI of that stock has been Done.

Now when I try to generate the accounting document of the same via Transaction MB03 following error is displayed :

"Material document 4900000165 does not include an accounting document"

Kindly help me to sol[ve this error.

Hi,

Check Price of Material in "Accounting 1" view whether maintained as per the Price Control or Not? If not then maintain it using transaction MR21.

And then do a complete new cycle starting from 561 E, Delivery and PGI and then check in MB03, it will generate Accounting Document.

What I get from u you is that after 561 movement , account document is not got generated ?

Pl check whether price is maintained in MR21 .

Hello,

I think it is becasue of the special stock indicator E . You are raising the stock agaist a sales order so there will not be any accoutning document generated from the material document.
