Problem to open ticket/incidents on SAP for Powerbuilder

Hi,

There has been reported by local Sap support here in Athens Greece that they where unable to open new ticket/incidents on SAP for Powerbuilder 12.6.

Can someone in SAP have a look on it?

my issues are related to Powerbuilder .NET 12.6

Hello Frank,

Assuming you have a valid support contract for SAP PowerBuilder 12.6, you can connect to SAP Launchpad and have a look at SAP Note 560499 which instructs you how to join the CIC (Customer Interaction Center).

Hi Tammy;

You would still need to contact SAP for support on PB 12.6. Appeon is not allowed to sell or support either Sybase or SAP versions of PowerBuilder. Appeon can only support PB versions that they have built & sold (ie PB2017 & PB2018)
