Is there any configuration required in SAP for Scanning GS1 Data matrix Barcode?

Requirement: Based on barcode data we have to post GRN. Barcode will contain GSTIN, Batch(External batch number), Expiry date details with corresponding identifier.

Development: We have developed a custom transaction to split the barcode data into Material, Batch, Expiry date based on AI(application Identifier) and post GRN.

Issue: As we know there are few AI need FNC1 character to get the correct value (like BATCH). When I give manual input with FNC1 Identifier Program work as expected, but while scanning the barcode using scanner we are not getting the FNC1 Identifier(delimiter/Prefix), So we are not able to split the data for batch. I wan to know Is there any configuration required for scanning the Barcode with FNC1 Character or not.

I'm having the same issue. I need to print a new label by scan a data matrix GS1 DMC, but when scan on field th tcode go to back for initial screem SAP.
