Integration between Hybris C4C and hybris Marketing using CPI

Hello Experts.

We have to establish an extension between hybris C4C and hybris marketing for customer master data using CPI. Both the system are cloud one. Can someone let me know how can I achieve this step by step guide.

This is a bit urgent request please!!

Hi Mayank,

Basically, what you need are :

1. Extend customer object in C4C.

2. Include new fields in corresponding service in their properties.

3. Download new WSDL with new fields from communication arrangement you have in C4C

4. Create the extension fields in yM and include them in the corresponding service there.

5. Download new WSDL with new fields from yM

6. Upload new WSDLs into corresponding iFlow in CPI. Perform the mapping of new fields and deploy new version of the iFlow
