Auto Email to User on Message status change

Hi Gurus,

Iu2019m trying to configure the SOLMAN system to automatically send email to user on the message status changes.

I have done the following based on the tutorial based on note 691303

Sppfcadm-- > CRM ORDERS -- > Define Action Profiles and Actions

On the action profile list I could not find the SMSD_SERVICE ORDERDNO. Could anyone advice me on how should I proceed from here. It will be very helpful if you could pass me any documentation (step by step guide) to complete the above task

You need to modify the action profile which belongs to the transaction type you are working with.

For SLFN (Service Desk Message) it is SLFN0001_ADVANCED.

For SDMJ (Normal Correction (Standard)) it is SDMJ_ACTIONS.

But you should create copies in Z name space anyway.
