Read only or View access to Closing Cockpit

Hi,

My first question in SAP help - so excuse me if i sound stupid :)

is there a way to provide a view only or read only access to closing cockpit? the reason i am asking is to provide visibility of closing status to the larger finance community without sending emails or asking personally.

We have execution access to few people in our organisation but there are other roles that need to be aware of where we are in the process of month end.
