Hi Vijaya,

One question - Is the Source Directory configured lies in your PI Server or outside your PI Server. If it is outside , please use FTP instead of NFS. NFS can be used if the directory is being mounted on your PI Server.

Hi vivek,

The source directory is in outside of PI server.

Can you share me the details for, how mounting a directory to the PI server?

Hi Vijaya,

Your Basis Team would be able to do that. Also , you can use FTP instead of NFS , in order to use FTP you can download Guild FTP Server for testing purpose.

Hi Vijaya,

I am not able to see the complete Error Statement , but anyhow if it is related to Timeout , try increasing the timeout parameter . The value is in secs , if it still fails , try increasing is furthermore , and check the logs.

Also , try giving Proxy details .

Hi Vijaya!

Did you perform channel ping first in Monitoring? I guess that your first screenshot shows connection attempt from your local PC to your own local FTP server. Or am I wrong? PI java server might have no network access to that FTP server.

Regards, Evgeniy.
