Does anyone know of a SUIM report that can be used to provide a list of all users that do not have role assignments. Ideally I'd like a list of all users that have neither roles or profiles, but being able to get users without roles would be the first priority.
I know the same exists for roles without users, but I didn't see the reverse.

Hi Ed,
Try the following to get a list of all Users who do not have any role assignment. You need to select all roles starting from A to Z.
Go into SUIM, Users by complex selection criteria
In the lines with roles, click on the icon on the far right. In there,
you can select A* to Z* in the Exclude range.
Hope this helps.

This solution worked, but I had to use "ZZ*" as the upper limit in the exclude range.

If you just double-click the Role selection field and choose "Equal to" ( => nothing) then it should do the trick as well, regardless of your naming conventions and characters which could possibly be entered into role names (though to my knowledge this is restricted in the character sets, but with download/upload you never know...)
Edit: Nope, doesn't work that way.

Not sure which details could be added beyond "It did not work"...
Besides, Kiran already provided an answer which did work.

In our case using the "=" <blank> option doesn't provide any results, but the option of providing the range does provide results. I thought I had used the "=" <blank> option before with success so I'm not sure if this is changed behavior or me just not remembering exactly how we did it in the past.
