Appraisal infotype

Hi,

We are using ECC 6.0 system. In PA30 when I create the appraisal infotype for an employee in one system it takes appraiser's user id and in one it takes appraiser's pernr.

Is there any settings in configuration of appriasal infotype where we can make it ask for appraisers used id every were in all systems, instead of user id in one system and pernr in one system.
