Hi,
We have a scenario where workflows are being created in the backend and we want to prevent specific tasks (TS12300XXX, etc.) from appearing in the UWL. The tasks are part of "standard content" pertaining to "hr appraisals" workflows.
I've examined the documentation that suggests removing the specific tasks from the UWL configuration file for the relevant UWL registered system should prevent the tasks from being pulled into the UWL. The odd thing is that the tasks do not appear in the configuration file in the first place, so I'm curious as to how they're being shown in the UWL (e.g., the task TS12300XXX does not have an ItemType element in the system's UWL configuration file, but the task is still showing up in the UWL under "Tracking").
I've deactivated, deleted and re-registered the system a few times after clearing the UWL cache to see if the tasks can be register in the config, but each time they are not pulled into the XML. Yet, the items still appear in the UWL.
Can someone please explain how we can exclude certain tasks from the UWL? Also, why might these tasks being showing up in the UWL even though there doesn't appear to be registered ItemType's for them?
Thanks for your time and assistance.
