hi
In functional location and equipment, you have the option of defining a production work center.
If your maintenance tasks should influence the capacities of the production work center, you must select the field as not in operation, then As a result, a capacity load for the production work center is created by the maintenance order.

hi
Normally task list are prepared for repetitive and know sets of maintenance ,used in order or in the maintenance plan .
while carrying out the maintenance in this form ,if you want the technical objects to be shutdown and intimate to the production ,you can specify the system condition which is reserved for PM normally" Not in operation" it will get copied in to the maintenance order and reflect in the planning board

The system condition here mean is that when Operations in Task list will be carried out then system(Equipment, Funcational location or general ) should or can be
in operation
not in operation
etc etc
during execution of the Maintenance Tasks which we are maintaining in the form of Task list.
