    Hi,

    Please try this report

    Inventory > Inventory Reports > Inactive Items ...

    Select the Date From......this is date from when there are no transaction for this item.

    the other benefit of using this report is you have the Item Group and Item Property as selection criteria.

    Also try if this query helps

    select *

    from OITM T0

    where T0.ItemCode not in (select T1.ItemCode from OINM T1 Where T1.TransType IN (22,20,18)

    SELECT T0.ItemCode, T0.Dscription, T2.Onhand, SUM(T0.Quantity)

    'QTY Sold'

    FROM INV1 T0

    INNER JOIN OINV T1 ON T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry

    INNER JOIN OITM T2 ON T2.ItemCode = T0.ItemCode and

    T2.OnHand > 0

    WHERE (T1.DocDate BETWEEN '[%0]' AND '[%1]' )

    GROUP BY T0.ItemCode, T0.Dscription, T2.Onhand

    HAVING SUM(T0.Quantity) <= '[%2]'

    you can also check the following thread for more information

      You query should be no big problems. To make it more robust, I would suggest you change the selection from where T0.OnHand>0 AND T1.Avgprice> 0 to where T1.OnHand>0 to try.

      You will notice the differences if any depending on the cleanness of your DB.

      I have another query for your reference to cross check:

      SELECT t0.whscode,t0.ItemCode, t1.itemname, ABS(t0.Onhand) "On Hand", t0.AvgPrice "Item Cost", t0.onhand * t0.AvgPrice "Amount"

      from oitw t0 left join oitm t1 on t1.itemcode = t0.itemcode

      where t0.onhand > 0 and t0.itemcode not in (select distinct itemcode from oinm t2 where t2.docdate >='[%0\]' and t2.docdate <='[%1\]')

      order by t0.whscode, t0.itemcode

      Thanks,

      Gordon
