I want to genenrate open Maintenance order for daily consumption, but system didint allow me?

Dear Experts,

I want to genenrate open Maintenance order for daily consumption, Against an open order i want to do manual reservation but system shows this error"

Manual reservation for order category 30 not allowed

"

for generating open maintenance order what should be my order type whether it is preventive order , or breakdown or else...

please resolve this.

But it is possible to issue consumable against open maintenance order?

please suggest any other ways.

Best way is to enter the components in the order and get the reservation created and issue it.

Also you can issue directly from MM using MB1A
