To Post the stock in unrestricted stock:

In Material master Make following settings:

    MRP3 Strategy group : 20

    MRP4 Ind/Coll Req : 2

This will post the stock to unrestricted.

If you do not want to create as special stock. You create productio order in T code CO01. Then after GR stock will go to unrestricted. If you maintain 20 and if you run MRP plan order is created. If you convert that plan order to production order then after GR stock will be posted as special stock.

You maintain for the BOM components for MRP4 view dependent requirement as 2 i.e collective, then it will not be planned seperate special stock.
