Scenario is like this

Stock transfer without biling, after creating sto we create Goods Issue till that time value is updated in system, after that when we are posting GR value is not updating and it is taking zero value.

When we check in PO (Purchase Order History) it is updated with zero value.

Hi,

Value won't be updated at the time of GR if you do intra-company STO.(101 mvt typ)

It will only happen when you PGI in the Issuing plant.(641 mvt type)

Value updation is done in OMS2, any other option is there.

Check for this material type whether Value Update is checked or not in OMS2 transaction.

then how the receiving plant will extract the amount while dispatching the material which has came against the sto.

Hi,

It will be valuated based on the Issuing plant price,when PGI happens.

It depends on the price control indicator and the price based on which material will be issued from the recieving plant.
