Syndicate /Export Images automatically..

Hi Guru's

Does any one know how do we export/syndicate images (associated with record) automatically the moment any change in a record is made(and saved)?

i.e IF a record has some image/s linked to it and if user makes any changes to this record ..In normal process these changes get syndicated back..How can Images linked to this record be syndicated OR may be exported in some folder ..

Is this functionality not possible or whether this can be achieved by some programming..
