GR and LIS extractors for Purchasing

Hi SDN,

Using ProcessKey field, 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL also provide Goods Receipt (GR) data. My question is, can one use just these two extractors and ignore exclusive GR extractors like 2LIS_02_CGR and 2LIS_02_SGR? The user does not care about Confirmations.

In other words, what is the difference between the GR data provided by _SGR and ITM (and _SCL)?

Hello,

2LIS_02_SCN: DataSource is used to extract the schedule line quantities allocated with confirmation quantities

2LIS_02_ITM: DataSource is used to extract the basic data for analyses of purchasing documents

2LIS_02_SCL: DataSource extracts consistent basic data for analyzing purchasing documents

2LIS_02_CGR: DataSource is used to extract the confirmation quantities allocated with goods receipt quantities

2LIS_02_SGR: DataSource is used to extract the schedule line quantities allocated with goods receipt quantities
