Cancellation Leave request

Hi,

My system is ECC6.0 and EP7.0

ESS -> Service Specific Settings -> Working Time -> Leave Request -> Processing process-> specify processing process for types of leave

for Annual Leave, Process request using workflow as like below:

WF ID of New Request 12300111

WF ID of Cancellation Request 12300111 -

>

WF ID of Change Request 12300111

My problem at Cancellation request:

In the portal process when we delete a approved leave request unable to delete record in PA2001 table that means in 2001 infotype that cancelled record is not deleted automatically.

What could be the problem?

After approval you have to execute a reprot program to update the infotype 2001.

Goto>t-doce ptarq>Post Document and execute it.

For approval and Rejection You have execute this report then only u r infotype 2001 get updated.

I am doing the same procedure every time, In all other cases data is updating except Cancel the Leave request only not updating while Post Document and executing, What to do delete record in 2001 infotype automatically.

hi Prabhakar

See for cancellation also u need to get the approval. The post document only updates which are in approved state to posted state. Check the table in ptreq_header for the particular request id and check weather status = posted. If its posted then in IT2001 will automatically will get upadated.

The Problem is very simple:

at Leave Request: Post

Uncheck with Post with Infotype Match (below button of Ignore for posting)

Hi Experts

I am also facing with same problem

When i select an a leave request with status as SENT in portal and click on delete it is displaying a message 'Notification of completion cannot be generated' even i click on delete button then it is displaying 'No Customizing for status type ARQ, status WITHDRAWN, and transition event DELETE'

Can any body explain what i need todo to delete the Leave Request.

infotype is not getting updated when i run the enitre cycle of the leave request process what might be the reason ?

In my case the ptreq_header is not having the entry? but the infotype 2001 is not manually updated - as i can see the log information about the info type matches with the background job to post (RPTARQPOST) the leave matches along with the user name used.

Any ideas please?

May be that record was locked. Just analyse the Workflow Log and check what all the error message you are getting. Also check the dumps. I do not have system to check this Template unfortunately.
