Hi All,
We want a email notification to be sent to our supplier as soon as PO is approved in ByDesign system.
It will have minimum information such as PO Number, Buying Company name, Delivery Location, Expected Time & product & qty. details in short etc.
Please help to achieve this requirement.

We can make use of workflow rules to achieve your requirement, however, currently, we do not have supplier as the recipient.
Your requirement is valid so our product owner has already considered in our backlog and this will be included in the future release.
I would request you to raise an incident for our reference.

Hi vishal
The standard business process in ByDesign, doesn't send the PO by email until it is approved. Once the PO has been approved the PO will automatically be sent by email from ByD. Of course to ensure this happens the collaboration settings for the supplier master record must have email chosen as the output channel and of course a valid email address.
