Periodic settlement using CJ8G for wbs elements

Hello friends

After running settlement for last day of every period using CJ8G, two of the WBS elements costs were not settled in december 2017(Periodic settlement). These two WBS costs settled in february 2018 as full settlement to another cost center.

Now i need know, why these 2 wbs element costs were not settled in 12th period of 2017 to the respective cost center. Where can i find the information regarding this?

You would have to review the settlement rules on the WBS, and what status was the WBS in back in December? If not in TECO or later, it may not perform a full settlement.

Reviewed settlement rules. for 61704 cctr it is periodic and for 61520 cctr it is full. And the cost which was not settled for 61704 in peirod 12 will be settled to 61520 as full settlement in feb 2018.

Hi Hari - you would have to see what status the WBS was in back in December; my guess is that it was in RELEASED status which means full would not run in that status. Good luck

thanks for you response. Yes wbs element status is always released because they are doing periodic settlement and the status should be released. Business executing the transaction CJ8G in last day of every month as a periodic settlement. They need to know why the other WBS elements costs have been settled. why not Two of the WBS elements costs were not settled in period 12 2017. User isn't focusing on full settlement as its already been done in period 2 of 2018.

I need to know why these two wbs elements were not settled in 12 2017. Where can i find the info.
