ByDesign : Notification to Purchase officer before closing advanced payment PO's

Hi,

In some cases we make advanced payment against PO but we dont get delivery.

As a standard practise, we close old open PO periodically.

At this time Purchase dont get any notification about advanced paid amount.

We want our purchase manager to get notification when cancelling PO's paid in advance.
