ByDesign : Notification to Purchase officer before closing advanced payment PO's

Hi,

In some cases we make advanced payment against PO but we dont get delivery.

As a standard practise, we close old open PO periodically.

At this time Purchase dont get any notification about advanced paid amount.

We want our purchase manager to get notification when cancelling PO's paid in advance.

Hello Vishal,

The function purchase manager to get notification when cancelling PO's paid in advance is not supported. However as a workaround you can scope the approval process for the cancellation of purchase orders.

We request you to publish your requirement in the Influence Forum and so that if other customers are interested can vote for this requirement and this will support us to get it included into our backlog, with more votes, this increases the chances to get this functionality implemented.
