Shopping Cart Rejection email in German language

Hi,

When Shopping cart is rejected by an approver requisitioner received an email notification from mysupply in GERMAN language instead of ENGLISH .

Whenever SC get rejected user is recieving email notification in ENGLISH only,But this time he recieves in GERMAN lagauage this is one time issue.

Can anybody tell what will be the reason for this issue.

    Hi,

    The default language for the rejection email is determined from the user master(Su01) for the recipient user of the mail.

    Please check the language maintained in SU01 for the mail recipient(requisitioner) under ADDRESS tab and sub screen "COMMUNICATION".

    Hi Divya,

    Please check the language entered for the recipient of the mail in SU01.

    Now go to t-code SM59 and remove any default language set.

    Hope this solves your query.
