When trying to capture attendance using the scanning of QR code, the mobile app crashes after selecting "Scan". Anyone able to advice?

This is not SMP issue, SMP is the SAP Mobile Platform product.
After checking your problem description, I think you should create an incident to SuccessFactors products.
