New Depreciation logic Run in ECC6

Hi,

I have activated EA-FIN, and would like to find out any differences between new and old logic computation base on the following scenarios:

1) Shorten useful life from 5 to 3 years

2) Post Asset Transfer transaction

However, the 2 scenarios doesn't provide me any obvious changes in term of annual depreciation amount, base on aw01 and aw01_afar transaction.

I wonder whether i miss any thing to activate the components in ECC6?

Hi Claudia,

In the first message from this forum there is a link to the blogs. There is is a verry good document waht explain the differences.

When you are in the screen with the depreciation keys click 2 times on the line to go to the detail screen
