Hi Experts,

In SAP Channel Partner Portal, SAP Business one --> Installations and Upgrades, When we check for new upgrades, this site is showing "NO DATA AVAILABLE" message. And in Installtions also we couldn't find the Installation files.

https://Service.sap.com/smb is the service site which we usually use.

We just wnat to know whether this site is undergoing any upgradation work?

Hello Raja,

The site is working fine on our side.

Please check the authorizations of the S-user and also make sure that your License is still valid.

Our S-User ID : S0003998670

Where should we check the Authorizations of S-User in Service portal.

Hello Raja,

The super administrator has to visit following link:

https://websmp104.sap-ag.de/user-admin

If authorization is not an issue, please log a message with SAP Support.
