why not check the installation log first , sapinst.log/sapinst_dev.log

What is the output of command

ps -ef | grep lsnr ?

how about listenerxxxx.log / lsnrctl.log ?

Hi Vincent,

I have installed Oracle 10g on Windows 2003 x64.I have sucessfully installed oracle patches on nodes as well as The Database software without error.

However when I run SAPINST after the mention export path it give me error message that oracle software is not installed on your system.

install and attempt to configure the Listeners I get the following error on node:

The listener services on my node is not showing.

I noticed no entry for the listenner in services on my node. Tried to create manual entry for listener and it start running , but still no success.

After running SAPINST it give me oracle not installed error:

Any help would appreciated!

Thanks
