Service Confirmation: No Billing Request after transferring to billing

Hi all,

We are using embedded CRM in the latest S4 version. I am able to create a service confirmation for a time confirmation. A CATS timesheet is posted successfully. The problem now is when I then releasing to billing, I did not get any DMR. There are no errors coming out of the system and I do not see anything useful information via F12.

Can someone please provide some pointers to the above as this is a very new area with very new information?

    Hi Siow Fong,

    could you check the billing relevance of the mentioned item category ?

    It should be setup as external billing, which should transfered to the billing due list after releasing the Service confirmation.
