Hi All,
I have a doubt that if I am using User status in my status profile linked with the transaction type then do i get the freedom of using as many usr status as possible?
How does usr status change with system status?
Regards
Srinivas K
Hi Srinivas,
You can assign as many User Status to your Status Profile and can associate that Status Profile to your own Transaction Type. So, in the Business Transaction you can see your own configured user status in the Status placeholder.
And yes, you can influence a system status with your own customized user status but as of now it's not so much flexible.
Have a look at this following link which gives you detailed information on Status Profile.

Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Samantak.

Hi Srinivas,
U Can Define as many user Status and assign ur Status Profile to ur Transaction Type.
System status changes according to the User Status based on the assignment of Business
Transaction(eg-INPR,FINI) to ur userstatuses in your Status Profile.

Hi Sri,
If u r customized u r user status and assigned on u r transaction type then u can only see the defined statuses in u r transaction u cant see the others status profile in u r transaction, but u can always change u r status profile from u r transaction as per req.
A status set by the user to complement the system status for a given status object, You can use only a user status belonging to a status profile (defined in Customizing) and assigned to the relevant status object.
User statuses enable you to extend the control of business processes managed by the system status
As u can control system status on the basis of user status.

Dipesh.
