Supply area to Production line or work center

Dear Guru's,

Users intend to use Kanban system. We have prepared case where material moves from Storage location to production supply are on shop floor. But how to move from supply area to work center i.e. goods issue to production order. We use discrete manufacturing i.e. production order.
