Error connecting a JAVA application in SCP using sockets

Hi gurus!

I'm trying to integrate a library of telegram bots with SCP ,when I execute it locally (my PC), the connection works correctly and I receive and treat the messages that come through the telegram server using socket.

But when deploying the application to the SCP, the following error appears. I think it's a mistake since some port is not available, but I'm not sure how to enable this connection.

Any ideas? Thanks!!!!

  • It would help if you could provide links to the API that you want to use. But I would guess that you can only use protocols that are supported by the destination API.
