I am configuring Job Management in a SOLMAN 7.2 SPS5 system. I have already done the scenario configuration and I am able to create a Job Request and the associated ITSM request. But, when, in the ITSM request, I try to create the Job Documentation using the Job Scheduling Management block, when I switch to Edit mode, the buttons 'Assign Job Documentation' and 'Create Job Documentation' do not appear. The user has the SAP_ALL authorization, and all the roles that the template user JM_ADM_<SID> has. Does anybody now what else do I need to be able to make the buttons available?
