Hi All ,

Need to send material pick slip of maintenance order to email id using IW32 t-code . Checkbox “print immediately “ is flagged always & output device “MAIL” is selected, sometimes mail is triggering with pdf attached but sometimes not . Can anyone please through some light as to why mail is not triggering always ?

Thanks for your response . E-mail is not available in SOST . How can I know the driver program & also e-mail functionality code ?

Did you checked the email exist in SOST?

• If email is available in SOST, check the email status and then trigger the email manually and check the outlook
• If email is not available in SOST, with the help of developer, place the breakpoint in driver program and check the email functionality code.
