Generation of Business Partner numbers

Hi Friends,

We are implementing cProects and we already have SAP HR implemented.

Employees already exist in the system. But since cProjects requires Business Partners and does not recognizes Employee codes, Business Partners are being created from Employees. So for each Employee we have one Employee Code and another is Business Partner Code.

Currently the Business Partner number is being generated as soon as an employee joins, but business partner is created with a separate number not equal to the Employee code. This leads to Employee Code and Business Partner Code for the same emloyees being two different numbers.

I want that Business Partner number shall be same as Employee Code when we create it. What shall I do achieve this. If you know any badi or user exit where we can set the number of the business partner, or if anything else can be done to resolve this, pleaseeeeeeeeee share.
