single cycle maintenence planning

hi,

where i can add annual estimation of the counter,in a single cycle maintenance planning so that according to that annual estimation system will generate order through Maintenance Plan?

well you have to give the annual estimate in measuring point (counter) Transcation IK11, here you can maintain the annual estimate on basises of which u can trigger or genrate maintenance call objects (notifications and order )

after that in single cycle plan you give the cycle length and in the maintenance scheduling parameter TAB (2nd Tab at header)maintain scheduling period like 365 days and then scheduale the maintenance plan ... you will see different dates which will be scheduled according to annual esitmate ...

Annual Estimation of a counter can be maintained while creating Measuring Counters using Tcode ip41.

i didn't find that annual estimate field in IK11as well as IP41 screen,

i checked it in OIW0,whether it is suppressed,

but even there also i didn't find the field for annual estimate,

hi pravin,

in IK01 enter equipment and tick counter in initial screen and click the detail screen this wil take u to inside screen in the counter sub-screen area u can find the annual estimate.For this eqpt u can create MP and use this counter ...

sorry i put the wrong transaction that was for Measuring document

any ways transaction for Measuring counter is IK01

Go to Transaction IK01 --->Measuring point Object ENTER or SELECT (IEQ)

>Equipment Number (Enter Equipment Number )

> Equipment Category

-

---

> Then there will indicator of Counter check that indicator

Press enter then at bottom of transaction you will find Annual estimate.

I sure this time you will find it.
