Religion-not be visible outside germany

Hi All,

There is a field by name religion in infotype 2 for germany.

As the data stored is private,i want to restrict this field only for german users working inside germany.

In other words this field shouldnt be available for users accessing german data outside of germany.

Is this possible ?

create two usegroups inside germany and out side germany and restrict according to that
