Hi

Go to ALRTCATDEF

create a category and then set Long and Short text.

Use the short text to send sms

There are two mechanisms either your system should send sms through some sms gateway or either it can be sent using provider gateway

using cellnumber @ company.com

Check this

Hi

If you are using external XSD or WSDL import them under external definitions. You just dont have to create Data types and Message types. You can directly use the external definitions in Message mapping and Message interfaces are required to be created.

Thats the only difference when you have external definition involved else everything work similar to what described in those links

you mean by using tools-inport xsd in message mapping?

and what about integration scenatio.when we will create integration scenario before creation of data types also in integration directory when we will configure inte scenario before communication channels

Hi

Dont get confused here

When you import XSD and WSDL as external definition you can use these XSD itself as source or target message in message mapping. For integration mapping you need to have message interfaces created using these external definition. Integration scenario also can use external definitions in similar manner. No change as i said above. You don't need to create Data types and Message types and can use these external definitions in Message mapping and integration scenario as well.

Tell me exactly what you want to achieve i will let you know if still you are in confusion.

Thanks

Hi

it is not compulsory to define a integration scenario to do ID config.

You can define the scenario in IR what the problem you are facing in this ?
