bw transports


now i am creating reqs in the transport connector for business content objects.

i have created two diffrent requests for two diffrent infocubes.

the first req saved successfullybut in the 2nd req it is saying that some objects are locked(exa-0calyear.0calmonth etc)

please any body can sussest how to proceed,and i am creating indivisual requests for indivisual cube.

is it the right way i am doing.

    You can attach all your objects into single transport and move you need not create new ones.

    But if the amount of objects is too large better go for separate transports.

    If the objects are locked means its attached to another transport or being used by other user.

    Either you can delete from one transport and attach the same to other or break the lock(not preferred).

    • You can unlock the objects from transport using SE03 Unlock objecs tab on left bottom.

      Give your transport number and execute it will unlock objects there and now you can go to SE01.

      Double click on transport number and in the next screen you can delete the requests locked and attach to required transport later.

      This method wont be required if you are able to delete the objects directly in transport in SE01.
